Two-day delivery on all in-stock items excluding orders made on Thursday, during the week end or official holidays. Which will be processed on the first working day after holiday.
Delivery service is available inside Jordan only (Except for Aqaba).
Successful delivery is dependent on the accuracy of address and contact information provided. Please Provide your correct and accurate contact information, that are required to confirm the order and address prior to releasing the order.
Make sure to place your order before 12:00 pm during working days for next day delivery (Except for Thursdays, week ends and holidays).
In case of any inaccuracy in order delivery or any missing items, please report the issue within 48 hours only from delivery
Order will be cancelled automatically in case customer did not answer to confirm the order, or to confirm the address if any more details are needed, within 48 working hours from placing the order.
Orders received during public holidays and Eid holidays will be processed after holiday.
